Senior Registered Client Assistant

In her 35 years in the financial services industry, Madeline has developed a unique understanding of its administration and operational aspects and how to best serve clients and their financial needs. She enjoys connecting with clients on a personal level and solving any issues with client accounts. With her calm demeanor, she keeps the office running smoothly.

Before joining Arco Capital Partners, an independent firm, she worked as a senior registered client associate for Wells Fargo Advisors and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where she handled operations and administrative functions. She also was an administrative sales assistant at The Pinnacle Group and a sales associate at Robinson-Humphrey. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and has been a notary public since 1984.

Madeline has made it a point to take an active role in her community. She is a member of Christiana Lutheran Church in Salisbury, where she is serving her third term as a church council member. She has also served as church council secretary and treasurer of the church’s women’s group and has been a member of the Stewardship Committee for the church for over 10 years (she was chairperson for five years). She is a member of Altrusa International of Salisbury, where she is a past president and secretary, and has chaired the annual Reading Festival for the past two years. She has been a volunteer for Rowan Helping Ministries and Mercy Dental Clinics in Salisbury, served as a guardian ad litem, and completed Level I and Level II Disaster Preparedness Training as part of the North American Lutheran Church National Disaster Response Task Force.

Born and raised in Dilworth, she currently lives in Salisbury, her home for the past 28 years.
